The original kitchen had dated units, worn flooring and poor lighting. We stripped it back, rewired and replumbed the space, then installed a bright handleless kitchen with an island and proper task lighting.

The old bathroom had cracked flooring, dark grout and an outdated pedestal basin. We installed new plumbing, full waterproofing, large-format tiles, a new bath with a proper shower and a vanity unit with integrated storage.

The living room had dated wallpaper, a worn carpet and a fireplace the previous owners had bricked up. We opened it back up, restored the cast-iron surround, built joinery into both alcoves and laid a new floor.

We apply a discount when you book the full package of works. Every house is different, so we give the exact figure after a free survey, and it is then fixed in the quote.

It depends on the project. Any planning or building control applications are submitted by the property owner or their appointed professional. We then build according to the approved plans.
For partial work yes, we isolate the working area. For a full renovation it is better to move out, it is faster for everyone.
Usually we do, at trade prices. If you want to choose something yourself, bring it and we will fit it.
The guarantee runs for 12 months from handover and covers all completed work. If anything goes wrong in that time, we come back and put it right at no cost.
Usually within a few weeks of the quote being agreed. Small jobs may be available sooner, depending on our schedule.
Yes, we do. Where required, we can bring in a designer or other specialist for your project.
